Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times

We offer international shipping to the following regions:

  • United States / United Kingdom / Canada / Australia: 7-12 business days.

  • Europe: 8-15 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to local carrier delays or customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

PikoPick is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
