At PikoPick, your satisfaction matters — but let’s keep things fair for both sides.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


📦 Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and return policies will apply instead.


🔁 Returns & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Must include tags and proof of purchase

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • If the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

👉 Translation: we don’t profit from returns, but we don’t cover shipping either.

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how to return your package.

⚠️ Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos for faster resolution

👉 In these cases, we’ll cover the cost and make it right.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way:

  1. Return your item
  2. Place a new order

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
  • Returns requested after 30 days
